Nerd's Love

:D Tis is my second day in YWS.
I thought of writing society's usual prejudice against certain group of people.
I, with my made-up truly untrue character, am here on behalf of all respectable nerds in the world to express our joy, sorrow, love, and, most important of all, society's pressure of prejudice against us.
I mean no offense, haha, really; I am one, too.

Nerd's Love

Oh, sweet!
You there, walking, I am truly glad to meet.
From my very bossoms,
my joy blossoms,
my heart sings,
and my love to you rings.

Hark! What is it that you ignore me?
Do I smell horribly?
Is it my dental braces,
or my 80's glasses?
Darn, I thought I was in styles,
Yet, I guess it is far in miles.

My titanium kiss is still ready
with my 12'' socks beauty.
To you, my heart still wiggles and sings
to you, like a gentle tolled bell, it continues to ring
Com'on baby, turn back, I am re-a-dy!
With my charming features, I will make you my lady!

Ah, you strike me once! twice! Oh my, why thrice?
I am astounded in my spot, struck like a frozen lice.
Ah, with her graceful strikes, I am amazed.
Yet, life has some ups and downs like lovely, tempting zits on my face.
You there, on the road, laugh all you want with your mates,
But I will be striving on one day to become like Bill Gates (he cries on the corner of street)

Yeah great job! You're a good poet! (Probably doesn't mean anything coming from me.) I really liked this though. It's my kind of poetry. And welcome to YWS! Haha! Good job, good job. All I can say. I'm bad at critiques.

hahahahaha! I really liked this! It kind of reminds me of me. Is that sad? Hmmmmm. It's really funny and creative. I can kind of hear Weezer singing it.

I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do.
